I See! Said The Blind Man (#126)

I broke my ass! Yes, it really, really happened.  Well, at least that’s what it felt like! Three days ago during Spin Class, I fell off my bike. Right smack onto my back. I hit the floor hard. Butt first!

The details are not important here. It’s enough to say I am all right. Better than all right because what happened to me afterward is…..well, simply illuminating!

I was on my way home in my car when it came to me. Like that old saying goes, I see said the blind man and he picked up his hammer and saw!

I realized that terrible, unspeakable things could have happened to me. They did not. I got away with a hell of a bruising and an overwhelming feeling of gratitude that filled me to the point of tears. Happy, happy tears.

So there it is. That’s my story for today. I can not share any pictures of what happened. No, not even of my broken butt. But I can share some of my wildflower photos.  They reflect how I feel!  I hope you enjoy them!

Wildflowers of the North Coast.  They reflect my happiness and gratitude.
